  1. How do I purchase imported cars/custom housings/etc?

a. You can submit a ticket in the discord for further information. Join the discord here.

  1. How do I get streamer roles?

b. To get the streamer roles, you’ll need to make a “general ticket” and request the roles for whichever streaming platform you use.

  1. How do I report a player?

a. Under the same ticket selection, there is a ticket type called “Player Reports”. You’ll need a description of what happened, what led up to it, what rules you believe were broken, and a clip if you have one.

In-Game FAQs/Helpful Hints

  1. Where do I buy guns?

a. There will be gun-shaped icons on your map (in the escape menu, click map twice) for Ammunation. Double clicking or hitting enter will set your GPS to the location, and you can purchase weapons there. You will need cash and a weapons license.

  1. How do I get a driver's license/ID?

a. You will automatically have both a license and ID in your inventory when you create your character and spawn in for the first time. If you lose the physical copy of either, you can get a new one at City Hall (the castle icon on your map).

  1. Common commands or keys are as follows:

    1. Hitting “T” will open your text box for commands. Start each command with “/”,

    2. “/me” is used to convey what you are doing or to continue medical roleplay (i.e., “/me has broken left arm”),

    3. “/311 (insert reason for call)” will allow you to call for EMS help, they’ll have your location.

    4. “/911 (insert reason for call)” will allow you to call the police.

    5. “B” will make your character point, use the same key to stop pointing. It will also put your seatbelt on/off while in a car,

    6. Clicking and holding your left-Alt key while looking at players, NPCs, or items will bring up a menu. To use the menu, you’ll right click and then left click the blue text.

    7. “X” will put your players hands up, or cancel any emotes,

    8. “G” will start or stop your car engine,

    9. “L” will lock and unlock car doors,

    10. “Tab” will open your inventory,

    11. “F9” will open a handbook/guide in game,

    12. “F4” will open the emote menu,

    13. “I” will open a menu to adjust HUD settings/display.

  1. How do I become a police officer?

1. You can apply in the server discord under “Applications”. Click here to join the discord.

  1. How do I change my character’s appearance?

    1. To change your character’s hair or makeup, you can go to a barbershop (the scissors icon on the map)

    2. To change your clothes, you can go to a clothing store (orange T-shirt icons on the map)

    3. If your character wasn’t able to be fully created and you need to change the physical features of the character, you’ll need to go into the Support-Chat channel of discord and ask for a character creation menu

  2. How do I see how much money/cash I have?

    1. Cash is an item and should be in your inventory, or, if you bought a wallet, will be in there.

    2. To see how much is in your main bank account, you’ll hit “T” and type “/bank”, then enter.

    3. You can also go to any bank (green $ icon on the map), and walk up to the front desk and hit “e”.

    4. If you want to use an ATM, you’ll need to order a debit card from the front desk at banks, and you’ll need to open your inventory and double click the debit card in front of an ATM.

    5. You can also see your cash, and bank balance in your inventory on the top left hand side.

  3. I have this big bright HUD on the side of my car, how do i disable it/make it not super bright?

    1. Our holographic hud can be disabled using /hsp.

    2. If you would LIKE to use the holographic hud, you can turn down the bloom by changing it to /hsp theme nve. Or you can lower your postfx in the graphics settings.
