You must be approved before moving on to the requirements and costs.
Businesses are owned by 1 and only one person NO CO-Owners
Requirements and cost
If an MLO is required there will be an $80 (monopoly money) fee, if the MLO is already in the city there will be no additional charge, However if it is not in the city the cost of the MLO will be added to the $80 fee.
Businesses must also be bought in city for $800k with in city funds, that $800k must be paid to a member of the business team who will put $400k of it back into the business as its start up funds.
Each business will have 7 ranks 0-6 with 6 being the owner, these ranks will be given titles by the government that they think best match the business. However if you want custom rank names you may purchase them after submitting them and getting approved. The charge for custom business ranks is $5 (monopoly money). You will still be limited to the same number of ranks as all other businesses.
If you want custom uniforms or outfits for your business you must apply for them with examples of the clothing. If approved it will be a $20 (monopoly money) fee.
Food and sales trucks can be purchased in city with in city funds, however if you wish to have custom liveries there will be a $10 (monopoly money) fee.
To get a DJ Booth in your business it is $10 for basic set up and an additional $5 for extra speakers. (monopoly money)
You own the business while in the city, however….
If you leave or are banned: The city Retains all rights and ownership of the business and it will not be transferred to you or another city.
You cannot sell the business, if you feel like you cannot run it anymore or are gone for more than 1 month the business will fall back to the government, which will decide to either close it completely or re-sell it.
